Lily Rozalynn is a compact asiatic variety that is perfectly suited to pots or containers and will look stunning on any patio or balcony. Beautiful pink flowers are held facing skywards on strong stems full of glossy strap like leaves. Although asiatic varieties are not fragrant, Lily Rozalynn more than makes up for it with looks! Will flower throughout July.
Plant lilies in the spring between March and April for summer blooms. Lilium/Lilies are ideal for large, showy displays and many are fragrant varieties. Easy to grow in well drained soil and in a sunny position.
Ensure that bulbs are not sitting in water throughout the colder months so that they do not rot. Lilies will come back every year and will eventually naturalise and produce more plants. You can propagate your own lilies by peeling back the scales of the bulb and sealing them in a bag with moist vermiculite.
Lilies are a firm favourite of florists and flower arrangers because of their beautiful range of colours, strong tall stems, longevity once cut and of course fragrance.
