At Capital Gardens we put our customers at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’ve created our Privilege App. This digital platform, which replaces our traditional ‘Privilege Card’, is designed to offer our customers the best possible experience, with further details about eligibility and benefits available below.

Downloading the app is as straightforward as can be, and is completely free. Visit your mobile app store, search for ‘Capital Gardens’, and install it on your device. Once installed, we’ll need some basic details from you to set up your account. You can provide these directly within the app at your convenience; there’s no need to visit any of our centres to register.

Please remember to provide your full details to enjoy all the benefits that the privilege scheme has to offer. Without these details, you won’t be able to accumulate loyalty points or access exclusive offers.

Our innovative privilege scheme operates via an automatic system which seamlessly tracks and records your points every time you use your app in-store. These points can easily be converted into rewarding benefits, directly from the app. However, the benefits of the app do not stop there. You’ll also gain:

  • The ability to collect points in-store, which can be converted into valuable rewards.
  • Access to exclusive offers and promotions only available through the app.
  • An in-built scan feature that allows you to check the price of any of our products, adding a layer of convenience to your shopping experience.

Every time you visit one of our centres, use your Capital Gardens ‘Privilege App’ to collect points that can be turned into rewards, gain access to exclusive offers and promotions, and check the price of any of our items in-store.

Over 50 Customers

Get an extra 10% discount on Wednesdays

If you’re over 50, then the privilege App will grant you an extra 10% off our in-store range (certain exclusions may apply; sale items are not included). You can even receive a 10% discount when you visit one of our cafes, perfect for enjoying a breakfast, light lunch, or a coffee and cake.

Trade Customers

All trade customers get 10% off throughout the year

We are proud to offer our trade customers a year-round 10% discount on our range. Whether you need fencing, compost, plants, or seeds, visit one of our centres where you can find everything necessary for your next gardening project.

The Small Print

The number of points you can earn may differ based on the products you buy, and this can change over time. Also, we occasionally run promotions that give you the chance to earn extra ‘bonus points’.

Please note that gift voucher purchases, gas and delivery charges do not earn points.

if you return items for a refund, we’ll deduct the points you earned for those items from you account. This is done automatically at the checkout.
