Echinops Veitchs Blue – Also known as a globe Thistle, A compact, clump-forming perennial with stiff, spiny leaves, dark green above and downy white beneath.
In summer, blue spherical flowerheads appear, and flowering may be repeated in autumn.
Echinops Veitchs Blue make excellent cut flowers.
These Lilies work great with other vibrant colours in beds/ borders or pots.
Plant spring time for Summer/ Autumn flowering.

Plant early spring.
Use only healthy bulbs, discarding any that show signs of damage or mould.
Plant in well drained soil in full sun.
Plant each bulb at a depth of 15-20cm below the surface of the soil.
Keep each bulb within a row 30cm apart.
