After breakfast, family groups will be invited through Santa’s enchanting grotto, where festive surprises await before meeting Santa himself. Every child will have the opportunity to spend time with Santa and choose a special gift to take home.

One Egg, Bacon, Sausage, Hash Brown, Portobello Mushroom, Plum Tomato & Baked Beans, served with brown or white buttered toast

    Terms & Conditions
    • The breakfast experience is served by Santa’s elves and helpers. Once you have enjoyed your breakfast, you are taken to meet Santa in the Grotto. Breakfast Experience will last approximately 90 minutes.
    • Gifts from Santa will not be wrapped. This allows children to choose their own present and avoid disappointment.
    • All child bookings must be accompanied by at least one adult. All members of the group must pay for a ticket.
    • No seats will be available for non-paying adults or children over 2.
    • Please ensure that all members of your party have purchased a ticket at least 48 hours before the event.
    • Tickets cannot be bought on the day of the event. Ticket sales close 48 hours before the event or when sold out.
    • Please arrive at the event at least 5 minutes before your booking. If you are late for your booking, you may be unable to join the event.
    • If you have any special requests regarding access, allergen information, or questions about the experience, please email us at events@capitalgardens.co.uk.
    • Cancellations: You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your event. Refunds cannot be processed within 24 hours of the booking.
    • We reserve the right to cancel the event for reasons beyond our control and will make every attempt to contact you to reschedule or refund your visit. Should your event have to be refunded, we will refund 100% of the price you have paid only.
    • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your visit to Santa’s Grotto, we may contact you by telephone or email to look at options to rearrange your visit.
    Allergens Information
    Food and drinks prepared in our garden centre are done so in an open plan kitchen and counter where nuts, gluten, milk and eggs are in regular use, and there is, therefore, a small possibility that allergen traces may be found in prepared menu items. The menu descriptions do not include every product ingredient. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please ask your server for our allergen guide so you can make an informed decision and let us know your requirements before ordering, so we can take extra care in preparing your food.
     
    Manufacturers’ guidance on trace allergens within their manufacturing environment is included in the allergen guide/packaged products marked as gluten or dairy-free are declared as such by our suppliers.
     
    Our bakery items are currently served to you by one of our colleagues. Even though different tongs will be used, there will still be a risk of cross-contamination. There is a risk of cross-contamination of the following allergens in our range: nuts, gluten, egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
     
    All items cooked in our fryer oil are at risk from allergen cross-contamination due to the use of other deep-fried products containing nuts, gluten, milk, crustaceans, and fish.
