Pumpkin Patches are operated by Capital Gardens Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and participants attending the Pumpkin Patch. By making a booking or participating in the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Bookings may be made online or in person (where applicable).
• As the lead booker, you are responsible for ensuring all participants are aware of and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Any persons over the age of 3 entering the patch are required to pay, even if they do not wish to participate in any activities.
• Only one promotional coupon can be redeemed per booking where applicable.
• Capital Gardens reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking at any time.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hrs or more before the booked time may be refunded or rescheduled at our discretion.
• Cancellations made within 24 hrs of the booking time are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for late arrivals, no-shows, or unused portions of a booking.
• If damage occurs to the patch or if there is any risk to health and safety, Capital Gardens Ltd reserves the right to close the patch at any time. In such circumstances, we will aim to reschedule the affected booking. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued for any bookings that cannot be fulfilled.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be made using the original payment method.

Weather Policy

• The Pumpkin Patch is an outdoor activity and will operate in most weather conditions.
• In the event of extreme weather where attending is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to close the patch.
• If the Pumpkin Patch is closed by us, affected bookings may be rescheduled or refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for personal decisions not to attend due to weather if the patch remains open.

Arrival & Late Arrivals

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced time or cancellation without refund, depending on availability.

Group Bookings & Parties

• Group sizes may be limited to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• The lead organiser is responsible for the behaviour and supervision of the group.

Employees of Capital Gardens Ltd will not tolerate any abuse of any kind and reserve the right to remove any visitor to the golf course or garden centre from the premises.

Capital Gardens Ltd retains the right to amend or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
