Adventure Golf costs are as follows:
- Adults: £12.50
- Children (Under 14’s): £9.00
- Infants (Under 3’s): Free
To book, simply follow the 3 steps outlined below:
- Choose the date you want to book for (bookings are available up to 45 days in advance)
- Choose the time you want to tee off (we have tee off times every 15 minutes and limit bookings per tee to avoid congestion)
- Choose the number of adults and children playing
*Online bookings close 60 minutes before tee off. Walk-ins are accepted depending on the availability of the course.
Accessibility of the course:
The adventure golf course includes slopes, uneven surfaces, steep gradients and narrow pathways across bridges. As a result, the course is not currently accessible to wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. We’d love to help you plan your visit. Adventure Golf Terms & Conditions
General
Woodland Garden Adventure Golf is operated by Capital Gardens Ltd.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and participants using the Adventure Golf course. By making a booking or participating in a game, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Bookings may be made online or in person (where applicable).
- As the lead booker, you are responsible for ensuring all participants are aware of and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Any persons over the age of 3 entering the course are required to pay, even if they do not wish to participate in playing the course.
- Only one promotional coupon can be redeemed per booking.
- Capital Gardens reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking at any time.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hrs or more before the booked time may be refunded or rescheduled at our discretion.
- Cancellations made within 24 hrs of the booking time are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be given for late arrivals, no-shows, or unused portions of a booking.
- If damage occurs to the course or if there is any risk to health and safety, Capital Gardens Ltd reserves the right to close the course at any time. In such circumstances, we will aim to reschedule the affected booking. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued for any bookings that cannot be fulfilled.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be made using the original payment method.
Weather Policy
- Adventure Golf is an outdoor activity and will operate in most weather conditions.
- In the event of extreme weather where play is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to close the course.
- If the course is closed by us, affected bookings may be rescheduled or refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for personal decisions not to play due to weather if the course remains open.
Arrival & Late Arrivals
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time or cancellation without refund, depending on availability.
Group Bookings & Parties
- Group sizes may be limited to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Large group or party bookings may be subject to additional terms and/or deposits.
- The lead organiser is responsible for the group’s behaviour and supervision.
Employees of Capital Gardens Ltd will not tolerate any abuse of any kind and reserve the right to remove any visitor to the golf course or garden centre from the premises.
Capital Gardens Ltd retains the right to amend or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
