    These striking skyscraper hybrids of oriental and trumpet lilies can reach a height of up to 2.5metres and 50cm in width. The large pale pink- white flowers have a stripe of magenta in the centre of the petal with dappling at the base giving the flower a blushed effect. Known as a ‘super lily’ the Anastasia displays the best qualities of both the classic oriental, and trumpet lilies. They produce up to 25 flowers which bloom in June, August and September, and are striking as cut flowers.

    Beautifully scented and wonderfully eye catching the ‘Anastasia’ will not disappoint.

    When planting, be sure to shelter the roots, and stems with shrubs and other low growing plants around its base.

    Plant in a full sun location, to partial shade and prefers fertile, acidic, well-drained soil. Plant during mid spring as this will give your lilies the opportunity to grow to their maximum growth. Water freely and use high-potash liquid fertilizer every two weeks.

    RSPA have reported that lilies can be fatal to cats. So, these lilies should be avoided if you own a cat.

    LILIUM FOXTROT

    A beautiful soft pink Dwarf Asiactic Lily, which is ideal for growing in pots and containers- as it only has a maximum height of 50cm, and width of 20cm. They produce loose clusters of flowers from June that make exceptional cut-flowers. The fluted flower-heads are blushed with pink, and have a creamy centre.

    The ‘Foxtrot’ performs at its best in full sun to partial shade, in neutral and well drained soil. Their beautiful flowers stand upright on stems that are lined with glossy green, lance-shaped leaves.

    Plant bulbs 5-6” in a sunny border or in a big pot, during mid-spring. This will give your lilies the opportunity to grow to their optimum. The bulbs should be sheltered by low growing plants and shrubs at their base, near their roots. During the growing period water freely and use high-potash liquid fertilizer roughly every two weeks.
