Begonia Pendula Red – Pack of 3

The Begonia Pendula Red produces larger than average double flowers that drip from the lax stems, putting on a sultry display for months on end throughout midsummer. A must for your hanging baskets, patio pots or window boxes this summer.

Pot up your bulbs in early spring when the growth can be seen emerging from the tubers. They are tender so you must protect them from frosts however you can pot them up and grow on under glass from January onwards. The indented side of the tuber is the top and should be only just covered by a layer of compost. Water well and keep your tubers in a bright and warm position and water again when the soil becomes dry. Once they are actively growing they can be watered more regularly, especially in sunnier weather but make sure the compost in never overly wet.

Height: 20cm

Spread: 40cm
