Pot Grown Christmas Trees

Buying a pot grown Christmas tree is a great investment. They are environmentally friendly and given care and attention will last for more than just this Christmas.

When bringing your tree into the house, the same care will apply as if you had a cut tree. Try and keep as cool as possible away from any heat sources (radiators, fireplaces etc), and well-watered. This should ensure the best possible conditions for your tree whilst indoors.

Once the festive season is over, you can gradually re-introduce your tree to the wintery weather outside. There it can live in a semi-shaded to sunny area in the garden throughout the rest of the year, until the following Christmas.

As your tree continues to grow, you should increase the size of the pot it’s in, so you can enjoy it indoors again next year, or alternatively plant it into the ground in your garden and allow it to grow as an attractive permanent feature.
