Parsley is the ultimate garnish, but is a very nutritious herb being packed full of vitamins. Often used in white sauces. Use fresh for maximum nutrients. For winter use, leaves can be dried or stored in ice cubes. (Pre-sown mats for easy sowing. 5 bio-degradable mats per pack.)
