Collection contains 1 mat each of: Basil Sweet - Annual with larger
leaves than Bush Basil. A widely used herb, especially in cooked tomato
dishes; Basil Neapolitan - A delicious variety, producing large,
lush, oval-shaped, slightly puckered leaves, with a good strong flavour;
Chives - Onion-flavoured, tender, spear-like green leaves.
Delicious in all egg, potato and cheese dishes, in salads and sprinkled
over soups and potatoes; Coriander - A feathery annual, with
clusters of spicy seeds and used in curries and casseroles, and may be
ground over lamb and pork; Parsley Moss Curled 2 - Parsley is the
ultimate garnish, but is a very nutritious herb being packed full of
vitamins. Often used in white sauces. Use fresh for maximum nutrients.
For winter use, leaves can be dried or stored in ice cubes. (Pre-sown
mats for easy sowing. 5 bio-degradable mats per pack.)

HINTS: What could be easier? Take an 8-9cm pot, fill with compost, place a Suttons Seed Mat on top, cover and wait for evenly spaced seedlings to emerge!
