A British bred variety with resistance to Cucumber Mosaic Virus which so often decimates Marrow plants in our gardens. Defender produces a heavy yield of mid-green, slightly speckled fruits, and is best if cut regularly. Ideal for small spaces. RHS 'Award of Garden Merit' winner.
CULTURE: Sow singly in pots April-May under glass at 20-25°C (69-78°F). Harvest July-October (12 weeks maturity). Pick often to ensure continuity.
